As a teacher of both Equine Psychotherapy and Psychology, Heather brings extensive experience in theoretical knowledge, curriculum development and content delivery to this course. Utilising nature and the wisdom of horses as the means to convey the content provides a beautiful framework and engaging theme to the lessons and a course supports meaningful and lasting change.
The format follows the ReWilding model and supports you through a careful blend of directed and self-guided videos including:
Nature based Psychoeducation Talks – Empowering you through understanding.

There are no prerequisites for the course, which has been carefully created through a trauma informed lens.

About the Author
Heather is a Psychologist, Equine Assisted Psychotherapist, Teacher and Trainer and founder of the ReWilding model.
Originally from the UK and now based in Queensland Australia, Heather runs an Equine and Nature Assisted Therapy Clinic along with her herd of horses and a team of 6 therapists. Heather has a background as a teacher of Psychology is a teaching faculty member of the Equine Psychotherapy Institute.
Heather is passionate about providing people with the tools, skills and knowledge to break free from the limiting beliefs, conditioning and patterns that are holding them back in life. She developed the ReWilding Model as an opportunity to empower people these key learnings utilising the wisdom of nature as a vessel for the teaching. ReWilding, journey home to your authentic self through the wisdom of nature.
