6 Minutes To Freedom
Overcoming Fear-based Conditioning
3 consecutive live classes
At our core, human beings exist from pure nature.
Yet because we also possess a strong intellect, we can easily overlook this powerful source of our existence.
Pure Nature is infinitely creative and passionate. We can see this powerful source at work in a forest, a river or in a horse.
In nature, survival is based in harmony; all parts must work together.
Understanding life through nature’s exemplary example can rekindle an innate sense of freedom.
The horse’s social structure can present an ideal environment to “re-mind” and re-set our natural balance and harmony.
In a herd, each herd member offers a diverse and unique contribution. And every member has equal value.
This class is created to bring harmony and balance back into our lives.
Whether it’s our family, our work, or our relationship to ourselves, we can learn to see from a consistent, peaceful source; our true nature.
We will explore and experience this vital shift of perspective through simple exercises and discussions.
- 6 Minutes to Freedom- The practice of releasing fear-based conditioning
- Self-regulation- Being free of dependency on an outside source for freedom
- The Veil ceremony- Removing the veils of our conditioning
- Re-riding the line- Using hindsight as a tool for mastery
- Door #3- Identifying the infinite options beyond intellectual duality
We can release the unconscious habit of a fear-based thought system, while also understanding that natural fear has a purpose, a balanced process, and a life span.
As an example, when horses sense a threat, they assess and respond. Once the threat is over, so is the fear…when the coyote leaves the field, the herd goes back to grazing.
Humans however, unconsciously hold onto fear. And this can heavily influence our lives.
This class offers a road map home to consistent well-being
With this guide we learn to move within this ever-changing world, yet not get lost in it.
We can learn to tap into a consistent place of peace—our conscious awareness.
In 3 Zoom classes
We will revisit and deepen our innate tools to successfully gain the wisdom needed to have healthy, happy and balanced relationships. And this balance, we will see, comes naturally, without force.
Our horses will then respond as a mirror to this well-being and rise to meet us at every turn.
Nature is relationship, and as we progress to understand this, every aspect of our lives improves.
